I was told about this last week.
Something that used to take me a few hours to do with the bezier tool in Illustrator takes... 1 minute with tweaking to do with live trace. I smacked my forehead so hard when Ezekiel told me.

So I decided to have a go at Michael Henson's characters. You may recognise the style from my previous characters with the large menacing eyebrows and gaping mouth. This is a new character I drew up in a few minutes... I was just looking at some mushrooms and they kinda looked weird... so I thought that Michael Henson would think that they're just well... scary... So I drew it up. Hopefully I'll find time to colour it in and post it up this week!

SO yeah another sketch that I inked up. Wasn't so sure why I drew this!? I first drew the left part with the simpsony looking thinking in the puddle of pink. So then I decided to draw more of the story, so there's more characters surrounding a large question mark.
So the story goes the character on the left has understood the question so much that its totally immersed in the answer that its found. The others are still trying to figure it out. LOL.

Since I've been at work it's been pretty hard to motivate ones self especially when tiredness, which so often seems to succeed at bringing me to a creative halt. So I've been sketching a lot and have few pieces of papers worth and so tonight Monday, I have decided to ink them up at the very least. So here's one I drew while at camp. A little devil which so often reminded of the kids that went there... in a good way.
Took me a prob 10mins to draw... takes me longer to ink up, maybe about an hour if planned out, which this was not. So this took around 2 hours just to decide what colours to use.
So voila... give me another day and I should have something new up tomorrow!
