www.anyonebutmefans.com – A WordPress based fansite

Finally finished a fansite for a friend: www.anyonebutmefans.com

"On the 8th of December 2008 a webseries premiered its first episode. Its premise was to introduce ‘a new generation – gay, straight, and ethnically diverse – struggling with identity and modern relationships’."

The site itself is based on a WordPress theme and just tweaked here and there to suite the content. I still have to do a a few video tutorials describing how to use certain features of the site, but after that it should be easily maintained. I know my friend will take great care of it as she loves the show and loves writing. So if you have any time spare on the web have a gander at anyonebutmefans.com.

Go Team Rachael!

Working on a little logo…

So I'm working on a little something with my bro John. I will hopefully be taking care of the logo and maybe some illustration and my main man John is a wizard on coding and clean website design. Its going well with one week already gone...that's when I have time from fixing the Mini, marking work and helping an old friend with a restaurant banner. Here's a little sketch:

I also create websites… kinda.

I've been asked a few times to create a few websites. I can say honestly that I'm not supa dupa, but I feel I know what looks right and when I don't I ask feedback from my fellow cohorts in the ColaB crew (ColaB is a creative collective to which the website should be up in a couple of months!) I also use WordPress themes that I basically hack and add things to create new themes for friends/clients. The image below is a website that is almost complete and with a few more touches should be finalised in the next couple of weeks!
